Manage your subscription
You can update your card, change plans, or cancel any time from your customer portal. Sign in at account.eliterugbyapp.com and use the “Manage subscription” section.
Looking to run your team on ERA?
Tell us about your setup on our team page. A member of the coaching staff will walk you through how it works and tailor it to your group.
Common questions
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. You’ll get a reset email within a minute. Check spam if it doesn’t turn up.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at account.eliterugbyapp.com, click “Manage subscription”, and choose Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Email support@eliterugbyapp.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll sort it out.
Where can I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Same address. We read every email and the product roadmap is steered by what users actually ask for.
