Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Elite Rugby App (“ERA”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit eliterugbyapp.com or use our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and human.

What we collect

• Account information. Name, email, password hash, country, and the role you sign up under (player, coach, team).
• Billing information. Plan, subscription status, and payment receipts. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Content you submit. Messages, forms, support requests, and anything you upload to your team or club.
• Usage data. Pages visited, feature interactions, device and browser type, IP address. We use this to keep the product working and improve it.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, plus analytics cookies you can decline.

How we use it

• To run the service you signed up for (auth, billing, content delivery).
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send service messages (receipts, password resets, important changes).
• To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
• To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service. These include Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and analytics providers. Each has its own contract requiring data protection. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your account and the data tied to it.
• Opt out of marketing emails.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Account data lives as long as the account does. After cancellation we keep billing records for the period required by tax law (in most jurisdictions, seven years), then delete them.

Children

Elite Rugby App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at sign-in or by email before they take effect.
