What is EliteRugbyApp?
Elite Rugby App is the modern home of rugby development, the systems, programming and training pros use, in your pocket every day. Your membership unlocks position-specific gym programs, full nutrition systems, fitness, durability and recovery protocols, the drill shed, lineout playbook and 3D game-plan animation. Beyond your membership, individual pro-player masterclasses are also available, so you can deep-dive into how a specific elite player thinks, trains and prepares whenever you want to go further.
What is included in the EliteRugbyApp membership?
Your membership unlocks every gym program (position-specific, in-season, off-season, pre-season), every nutrition system (carb cycling, keto and standard) plus meal plans, full fitness blocks, durability testing and recovery protocols, the drill shed, lineout playbook and 3D game-plan animation. All tracked through the app with weekly plans and progress tools, on phone or tablet, anywhere in the world. On top of that, individual pro-player masterclasses, short premium courses where elite players walk you through their craft, are available as separate unlocks for a small one-off fee.
Where can I learn or train?
We move with you onto the pitch, into the team room, on the bus and through every gym session. Elite Rugby App gives both players and coaches the tools to sharpen skills, upgrade strategy and run sessions that move the needle. Every gym program, nutrition system, fitness block, durability protocol and drill is at your fingertips inside your membership. Individual pro-player masterclasses can be added on top whenever you want a deeper look at how a specific elite player approaches their game.

The app recommends the right tools for your goals. Elite Rugby App adjusts to your level and environment. It delivers rugby IQ, skill detail, training systems, mobility and durability tools, and structured frameworks that improve performance fast.
How does the free trial work?
Our goal is to make sure you have the best rugby experience possible. If Elite Rugby App isn't for you, you can cancel right away within 7 days of the date you started your free trial subscription.
How much does EliteRugbyApp cost?
Two plans, both starting with a 7-day free trial. Pay monthly at USD$24.99/month, or go annual at USD$15/month (USD$179.99/year billed annually), a 40% saving. Every membership includes access on mobile and tablet, high-definition video modules, and the complete training systems inside the app, plus select new releases as they roll out. Pro-player masterclasses sit on top of your membership and are available individually for a small one-off fee. Prices are shown in US dollars; you'll also see the approximate amount in your local currency as you browse the site.
How do I cancel?
If you don't want to continue, you can cancel your membership renewal through your account page.

Is EliteRugbyApp easy to use with my device?
Yes. Elite Rugby App works seamlessly on both phone and tablet. Choose a skill, tactic, strategy, program, or nutrition goal, and the app builds a clear plan you can use instantly. Everything is simple to follow and easy to customise as you progress.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every member gets a personal invite link. For each friend who subscribes on it, you unlock a pro-player EliteClass of your choice completely free, and your friend gets their second month free on the monthly plan. Refer more friends and bigger rewards unlock, including bonus classes and a free month. Your link lives in your account page.
What devices and platforms does Elite Rugby App work on?
Elite Rugby App is available as an iOS app on the Apple App Store and as an Android app on Google Play, and it works on both phone and tablet. You sign up, see current plans and manage your membership on the web at eliterugbyapp.com, and your membership follows your account wherever you sign in.
Who are the coaches behind Elite Rugby App?
Elite Rugby App is built with international rugby players and professional coaching staff: internationals capped for New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Scotland and Ireland, alongside strength-and-conditioning, defence, scrum and head coaches who have worked in international and Super Rugby programmes, and an international referee. The current roster, with each person's teams, caps and honours, is on the Our Team page at eliterugbyapp.com/our-team.
Is there pricing for teams, clubs and schools?
Yes. Teams, clubs, schools and academies run on a separate team plan rather than on individual memberships. We work with a limited number of teams each term, so team pricing is quoted against your setup rather than published as a list price: tell us about your squad, grade level and season on the For Teams page and a member of our coaching staff will walk you through how it works and what it costs.
What currency am I charged in?
Elite Rugby App charges in US dollars. Plan prices are shown in USD and every charge is taken in USD, wherever you live. Elsewhere on the site you may also see an approximate amount in your own currency; that figure is a conversion for reference only, at an indicative rate, and your bank may add its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee.
