How referrals work

How it works

Share your personal invite link from your account. When a friend joins on your link and subscribes, you earn a reward. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite.

What you get

A free month and a free EliteClass for every friend who joins on your link and pays their first bill. There is no limit.

On a monthly plan your next bill is free. On a yearly plan your renewal moves 30 days later for each free month, with nothing for you to do. No plan right now? Your free months wait for whenever you come back.

For your EliteClass, choose any coach’s locked content, unlock it completely free, and it is yours to keep.

What your friend gets

First, a 7-day free trial, so they can see if they even like it before paying a cent. Then, on the monthly plan, their second month is on us, two months for the price of one. Yearly plans are already discounted, so that bonus is for the monthly plan.

How long your link lasts

Your friend does not have to join the moment they tap your link or scan your code. We remember it for 18 days. As long as they come back on the same phone or computer, in the same browser, and do not clear their browsing data, the referral still counts as yours when they subscribe.

Two things break the trail: joining on a different device from the one that opened your link, or opening your link in a private or incognito window, which forgets everything as soon as it closes.

When you earn them

Your free month and your EliteClass land once your friend’s first payment goes through, after any free trial. A trial on its own does not count, your friend needs to become a paying member.

Who counts as a referral

Friends who are new to Elite Rugby App. If someone has subscribed or been referred before, they will not count as a new referral.

Using your rewards

Your free month goes on your bill by itself. Nothing to do.

For your EliteClass, open any EliteClass and tap Redeem to unlock it for free. A redeemed class stays yours, even if the friend who earned it is refunded for their first month. In that case your next free EliteClass covers it instead of being a new one to pick, and we tell you when that happens.

If you cancel

You keep full access until the end of what you have paid for, plus every free month you have earned. Then it ends by itself, and nothing more is charged.

Free months and loyalty

Free months do not count toward loyalty rewards. Loyalty is a free EliteClass at 3, 6 and 12 months of paid membership.

Refunds

If a friend cancels and is refunded for their first month, that referral’s free month comes back off unless it is already running or used, and their EliteClass comes off unless you have already picked it. A class you picked stays yours, and your next free EliteClass covers it instead of being a new one to pick. Once your friend has made their second payment the reward is final.
