Background
Maddison Levi is an Australian professional rugby sevens winger and 2024 World Rugby Women's Sevens Player of the Year. Born on the Gold Coast, she made her Sevens debut at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2021 and has become one of the most explosive try-scorers in women's rugby. A former Australian rules footballer, Levi transitioned to rugby sevens and has established herself as a key player for Australia. She has scored 254 tries and 1,270 points on the World Series, won World Cup Sevens and Commonwealth Games gold in 2022, and is a two-time Olympian.
